This means that this price has not been updated for the date that is displayed in the As of field. The est stands for estimated price. You can remove it by entering a price for the date displayed in the Portfolio, or by downloading today's securities quotes (if you're displaying today's date).
For dates when the market is closed and prices are not available, for example on weekends, the est will still be displayed.
To change the current date, click the calendar icon next to the As of field at the top of the Portfolio window.
