You can evaluate your overall asset allocation and sector weightings as well as uncover concentrated positions, view the stock holdings behind your mutual funds, measure performance against benchmarks and industry indexes, and stay up-to-date on the latest news and corporate actions relating to your holdings.
Portfolio X-Ray is proprietary technology provided through a partnership with Morningstar, a leading provider of independent investment research in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
You must have an internet connection to view Portfolio X-Ray. In order to generate the Portfolio X-Ray analysis, we send your holdings and # of share to Morningstar through a real time Internet process. We do not send any personally identifiable information and Morningstar does not save any of the data sent from Quicken.
Before analyzing your portfolio using X-Ray, you should download the latest Quotes. This ensures that the X-Ray will include all the securities for analysis.
- Click the Investing tab, and then select the Portfolio X-Ray tab.
- Click the Getting Started button.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click the Continue button.
- The Morningstar X-Ray page is displayed. It has two tabs, the X-Ray Interpreter and the Stock Intersection tabs.
- Select the portfolio that you want to analyze from the Accounts drop-down list.
- Choose the view and benchmark as required. The reports are displayed.
