Some reports can export to a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file or copy to the clipboard for pasting into another application. Use this to do deeper report analysis in a spreadsheet or to improve the visual look of the report in a drawing or page layout program before printing. Not all reports support this capability. The Comparison and Summary reports are enabled for both exporting and copying to the clipboard. The Category Summary and Tax Schedule reports can only export the data.
