Resolve data missing from Investing tab snapshots
For any snapshot that contains asterisks:
- At the bottom of the snapshot, click the Show Me link.

- Quicken displays the Resolve Placeholder Entries window. This window lists any securities included in the snapshot for which cost basis information is incomplete.
- At the far right of the row on which the security is listed, click Enter.
- In the Enter Missing Transactions dialog, follow the on-screen instructions to resolve the placeholder entry for the selected security.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for additional securities listed in the Resolve Placeholder Entries window.
